The price for registration is $250 if paid by February 1, 2012. The price after February 1, 2012 is $350. Additional delegate fee is $250 per additional delegate. Up to three delegates are allowed per company. If additional delegates are sharing a room, the additional delegate fee is only $125 per person. Payment is due with registration form.



TOUR OPERATOR REGISTRATION
Delegate Registration includes Pre-Event Fam, Post-Event Fam all seminars, most meals, networking functions, two nights accommodations, and trade show. Payment is due with registration form. Any cancellations must be submitted in writing and must be received more than 30 days prior to Conference Date , to receive a refund.
